No, you do not. All are welcome, as we see ourselves as a “retreat” for the entire community.

We recommend arriving at least an hour before your scheduled treatment time to allow yourself the chance to slow down and enjoy our saunas and meditation room. You are also welcome to stay after your treatment to enjoy all the amenities of Thermae.

Yes. We have ample private parking at our building.

Most of our guest prefer to use the towels we provide however some guests like to bring their bathing suits or sauna wraps to wear while using the saunas. We do not allow nudity in our public areas.

We offer private men’s and woman’s shower areas and changing areas, and although the finnish sauna and common areas are co-ed, the infrared saunas are private booths that have privacy screens so you may dis-robe while inside.

Gratuity is not included in any treatment prices. If you wish to do so, gratuities can be accepted with any form of payment you are using.

Please notify us of any cancellation at least 12 hours in advance. A 50% service fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice. Group events and workshops have unique cancellation policies that will be clarified at the time of reservation.

Children under 13 are welcome while receiving a child-appropriate service in tandem with a parent or guardian. A signed permission form is needed for children under age 16 prior to receiving any service. Children in strollers or children not receiving an approved service are only permitted in the reception area. Parental supervision is required for children under 18.
